Return Policy
Not satisfied with your purchase? We are here to help you!
All customers will have 15 days from the date of delivery to return the products purchased at Caminalopr.com, by mail or at one of our physical Camínalo Stores.
Your item(s) must be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
All items must be unworn with tags intact.
Final sale on sale or liquidation items, they do not apply for exchange or returns.
Refunds
We will process your return within 21 business days from the day we receive the package. The refund made by us will be processed to the payment method used when placing your order.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
We are not responsible for any items lost during return shipping.
Shipping returns
The cost of return shipping will NOT be covered by Camínalo Store.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return their item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be able to use the company of your choice to return your items.
